TERMS OF SERVICE

BY PURCHASING A COMMISSION , YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS BELOW

PAYMENT

‣ Payments via PayPal ONLY.
‣ Prices are in USD.
‣ I only accept payments AFTER an agreed upon invoice is paid in full.
‣ Commission prices may be increased due to complex designs, detailed clothing/armor, detailed weapons, etc.
‣ If no payment has taken place - cancellation is possible.
‣ NO REFUNDS after the invoice is paid.
‣ A full refund is possible only if no work has been done at the moment of the refund request.
‣ A full refund will also be granted if I am the party to cancel the commission for personal reasons.

COMMISSION PROCESS

‣ At the moment, I only accept bigger (Full-Color & Ref Sheet) commissions via my order form.
‣ I will show W.I.P.s when I have done rough sketches (including changes), flat colours, lineart and finished products.
‣ A link to my commission queue will be provided for you to track your commission, if you feel the need to.
‣ Requesting W.I.P pictures is permitted if held to a reasonable degree.
‣ Please communicate any changes you would like in the sketch phase. You will be allowed 3 changes, anything beyond that will be required a fee.
‣ I will NOT make any changes beyond the sketch phase unless a fee is paid, your reference and commission idea needs to be clear.
‣ English is NOT my first language and as such, I might struggle or misunderstand any details - PICTURE REFERENCES (POSES, BACKGROUNDS, ETC.) ARE VERY HELPFUL.

TURNAROUND TIME

‣ My T.A.T can range between 1 week completion to 1-5 months depending on the size of the commission and my current queue as linked.
‣ I do not work on my queue in any particular order, as some commissions require more time and effort.
‣ I do not work with deadlines as I work two jobs, patience is very much appreciated.
‣ Although I usually work quickly: I ALWAYS communicate with my clients.
‣ IF YOU ARE NOT OKAY WITH A SLOW/DELAYED TURN AROUND TIME - PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION ME, THANK YOU.

RIGHTS

‣ I WILL NOT accept commissions from anyone under the age of 18.
‣ By default, commissions are for personal use ONLY.
‣ The client may not profit from the finished piece in any form.
‣ Non-commercial uses such as uploading it to an online gallery (e.g. Furaffinity, Twitter) or printing for personal use IS permitted.
‣ I do not hold any rights to the characters portrayed unless they are a creation of mine originally, the rights of the characters will stay within the respective owners of those characters.
‣ I have the right to decline any commission that I am: uncomfortable with, feel is breaking my T.O.S, out of my skill-range or art pieces with too many restrictions.
